Problems after upgrading to professional hosting tools

My partner and I operate two airbnbs, (one is AirBnb Plus) and we have been hosting for about 18 months. I just updated our hosting tools to use the professional version. That, it seems, is when all my problems started.

 

I cannot see any hosting tools on my app, unless I click through from an email from a guest. The website doesn't show me hosting tools unless I enter through messages or through the direct URL. It just asks me if I want to become a host!

 

Furthermore, which is most troubling, there are parts of the hosting tools that indicate that we don't even have properties and third party applications that I use to send out automated messages (SmartBnb.io) can't send messages because they can't connect to Airbnb and they think we don't have properties.

 

AirBnb has known about this for a few weeks now and have been gracious on the phone, however it is not resolved.

 

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Did you get it resolved?
