Profile/ nickname change

How do I change my profile name (not the option in account settings) the actual nickname that appears when people search? In my case I need to remove “& Max”..... anyone?

@Loz2  I went to your Airbnb profile and it just says "Hi, I'm Loz!"  No Max.  It looks like you were successful?
