Progress/Views not updating

Progress/Views are not updating since February 12th. I see similar posts dated last year and apparently it was a system-wide problem. I assume that this is the case, now, also. Is anyone else having this problem or have information about it?

I think it was fixed, but it is happening again. Is anyone else having this problem?

yes my progress has not been updated for long time , what can i do ?

I have called about the Progress Page not updating. No help from air bnb. Just said it’s a glitch. Right now the page shows only the last reservation made to date in April. It’s missing six other reservations. That said, all the expected payments are listed on the details page and are correct. Wish someone would tell us what’s going on.

I have had trouble with the Progress/Views several times, but it seems to resolve itself eventually. I'm not sure why/how it resolves itself, but it seems to be working, presently.

My Progress tab won't load. I recieve an Error 500 message. Is anyone else still having this issue?

The progress/views chart (on Mac desktop using Safari) is messed up again. now showing 2 points on the same day, one vertically above the other! Makes no sense of course. Been this way for a few days now and is not yet resolved. Seems that the techs reponsible for this feature are not from the A team!

I wouldn't care about it that much except that I find a direct correlation between the view chart count and bookings which is very useful information to track.

Anyone else seeing the same bug?

Using Mac. Same problem for this last month, the chart shows area with no info, some with a couple of dots but it also changes the following time I view it. Not reliable at all. Frustrating. Can I write to some Airbnb Customer Service? Anybody had any joy in reporting this issue?

As of August 14, 2019, my view information is zero.  Day before it showed I have 370+ views for the last 30 days.  Now all current information is missing plus all the prior months.  Looks like yet another glitch for this system.  When will they learn to leave well enough alone?  This is so frustrating.

I could not agree more. With nowadays technology and skills one would think that such a basic system would be reliable and error free. Especially after so many users reported the inconvenience. What's even more frustrating is the fact that the company seems to ignore it. They should know better.

I'm also experiencing problems with this.

Currently my "Views, past 30 days" shows 0. From the graph it is quite clear that there have been over 60!

Some days show just a hatched area and hovering the mouse over these displays the message "Data unavailable" - it may just be that these days have had zero views (not surprising at present during Covid-19). I also get a vertical line between two data point on the last day, it seems that the end point is actually data for the following day (yesterday or today).

Going back and viewing the previous months data and then back to the current month seems to fix the view count for the month so far (but not during last 30 days.

 

Whilst this is not an essential tool and has no real effect on anything it is nonetheless annoying.

Although not an essential tool, it is clearly faulty and a faulty tool is unprofessional.

 

This should be a very simple fix - it's just simple data crunching - all the data is available!
