Help please,

If I search for my listing (in Richmond Victoria). Even though I am a Superhost with 5 star rating. Why is my listing found way down the list with other suburbs above me?

It's all the luck of the draw!
Sometimes our listings come up, sometimes they don't at all.

It depends what amenities one has, and all sorts of other quirky things.

Use keywords in the searchbox in here with related words and all manner of topics come up discussing the issue you raise.

@Julie1806 you've only got 4 reviews for the property, with the most recent from April. Did you have limited availability over winter, as that would drop you down the listings? You might need to play with your pricing & update the listing photos/details as the airbnb algorithm will move you down if there is minimal activity by you on the listing.

@Julie1806 Guests who prioritize having a central location will adjust their searches on the map to zero in on their target area. The unfiltered "general search" for your whole city is not likely to be the way most guests choose the listing they ultimately book. This isn't really worth worrying about.
