Can Airbnb talk with guest about to property damage ? Guest claim ghost did the sink cracked 

any suggestions?

@Jud-and-Dao0 give us more info. Are you expecting for a refund? Did you file a claim? Do you have photos of the damage and the bill for repairment? When did the guest check out? Did someone came after him?
