I'm not sure exactly what you are asking, but if you are asking about having an RV for an Airbnb in Nashville it isn't permit-able. I, after being a host at my home for a year, bought an Airstream and traveled. Upon returning partnered with a friend to house the Airstream at his place and Airbnb it. It was booked like crazy because it was a really cool Airstream. Unfortunately, The city shut us down within just a couple of months. You are not allowed to legally operate a STRP in a tiny home or RV that isn't on a permanent foundation. They will fine you. My daughter also owned a tiny home and was shut down by the city. I would not invest in one with the intention of renting. I loved my Airstream and was very disappointed.
