Hi, my daily rate is $75 with 14% discount for weekly booking, but the rate is showing as $65 for an 11 day reservation and it should be $68, it may not seem like much of a difference but that adds up to $4O over an 11 day period! Any help much appreciated, ASAP please!
I was going to ask: "Have you taken into account AirBnB's 3% service fee (for hosts)?"
But then I did the math. A $75/day rate for 11 days would be $825 before discount. A 14% discount would drop that to $709.50. Divide that by 11 and you get $64.50. AirBnb rounds that up to $65.
If that helped, hit the thumbs-up button below.
Does the 14% apply to the whole 11 days or just one week of it? Perhaps the billing protocol has changed and I failed to read the new terns in full...if so, my bad.
According to the little text blurb that pops up when you click the tiny question-mark next to the discount setting, the weekly discount applies to "all reservations that are 7 days or longer". Presumably up until your the month-long discount comes into play.
Thanks for your help, and patience.
