I had damages to my airbnb loft due to a host having a untrained pet. I made a request through the resolution center. The guest paid part of the request but felt the ruined sheets were wear and tear and should not be charged to her. I have already involved airbnb but have not heard back from them. Will I hear from airbnb? Will they respond? Who determines if the damages need to be paid in full or a partial payment. I have completed the airbnb submittal with photos of damage, costs and links to the items online. Thanks for any help!

@Amy1008  sometimes it takes a few days until your resolution is resolved. I've heard some hosts were refunded for ruined expensive sheets or beddings.

But, as far as I know, Airbnb doesn't cover any damages made by pets. In the same time, they force us to host service or emotional support animals (without any proof they are trained for it )
