Hi All
Since November as a host I have noticed some new user interface issues:
1. My establishments is based in Pretoria. South Africa but we have been receiving notices from Airbnb relating to Johannesburg? This is like associating establishments in Dallas with Fort Worth or San Francisco with San Jose. I am assuming this is a geo-tag or data glitch.
2. Check in time is set as 2pm however reservation check in time defaults to 3pm? I can only assume there is now an association to Europe's daylight saving schedule. If so this does not apply here in South Africa.
3. Emails notifications for bookings, reservations or review contain a "Reply" button which now defaults to the Airbmb home page versus the topic? On further investigation I confirmed this seems to be a Windows 10 issue as the links work fine from a Mac.
4. Instant booking has stopped working?
In summery how does one go about informing Airbnb of these issues? Even the Airbnb Support folks have not been able to help!
