Receiving payouts

How long do you normally have to wait for a payout? We had a reservation from 9/17 that has still yet to be paid? And we have a reservation from 9/24 that has not been paid out.

It sounds as if there is a problem. I have had 40 to 50 guests and have always received a pay out within two days.

in either case, did you not get the payout information from Airbnb, sent the morning after guests have arrived? I always get that. Usually, with people staying Fri and Sat. night. the payout is actually in my bank account the following Tuesday.

Both reservations are still under 'future' when I go to transaction history. I did add my payout method right after the 9-17-16 weekend, and it states 'ready' now.

If this is your very first transaction it takes longer to arrive in your account. Ask cs.
