Hello Airbnb,

I made my friend Frans ** become a host as Well.
He finalised his first hosting And received a Nice first review.

Unfortunately I Don't see my present appearing yet...

I would receive a present of 163 euro when a friend had become a host as Well, And had finalised his first hosting.
On my account iT says that Frans his place is LISTED, But iT doesn't say he has finished his first hosting yet.

When And How do I get my coupon/ present?

Hello @Marie867,

Did your friend create his first Airbnb account by clicking on the link in the Airbnb email that you sent him?

Was the value of the reservation that he completed as a host more than US$100?

If both the above are true then you should contact Airbnb support to discuss the issue.

Type "contact airbnb" in the "Search the community" box on these forum pages where you posted your question. Scroll down a little in the list of suggestions that appears and click on the "Contact Airbnb: A Community Help Guide[UPDATED]" one. That lists phone numbers and ways to contact them via Twitter or Facebook.
