I've canceled reservation as guest under flexible cancellation policy, did all cancellation steps and received email form Airbnb that refund (- service fee) has been made to my card immediately, but transaction it can up to 15 working days for transaction to been seen.
It's been 20 working days (whole month) from that day I still did not get refund on my account? Also refund is not visible on transaction history.
who can I contact directly to clarify this situation?
