Refund request from guest who didn’t read listing properly

I'm relatively new to this hosting thing.

It's my second year but I live in a place that only has renters in the summer.

My first year was awesome, 32 stays I became a super host.

Unfortunately I had a bad guest right at the beginning of this rental season. It was a woman who didn't read the listing so the accomodation wasn't what she was looking forward, also maybe she had sone emotional issues, but she not only requested a refund (which i denied as I provided her with screen shots of the description she hadn't read) she called my local building department to "report me for renting" and is basically harassing me.

I gave her a very negative and honest review. 

She's become retailitory. Any advise for me??

I read both reviews and it is not really negative, it's presenting some facts which have lead to a negative experience. You can report the guests to Airbnb by the "flag" link on the profile (same for harassing messages). In what way is she becoming retailitory now ?
