Hello! I've booked and confirmed a room last June 12, 2019. However, the host contacted me that there was no available aircon on the room, thus I was able to cancel it immediately. AirBnb notified me that I shall received the refund within 10 days. It's been almost 15 days and I haven't received a notification or email that the refund is already been made. I've already checked my transaction history also and the refund status is not indicated there.
