Hi guys,

i had 3 guests stay at my apartment on saturday night and they trashed it and broke a number of items and rules (too many people / no parties).

I raised a resolution center case but can't find any record of it (no email from airbnb / nothing in the resolution center) asking for the full deposit to be paid. Is there a way to find it and see its progress or should I just raise a new one?

Have other people had the same issue as I don't want the deposit they put down to be refunded as I think I have 48 hours to make a claim.

I have tried callinga airbnb but obviously get no response.

Keep calling Air. No matter how long it does take to speak to someone - if you cannot find your entry of resolution request online you'll need to speak with someone. Keep trying!

I'm having a problem with getting increasingly snippy messages from someone who canceled and wants ALL his money back. How do you actually call or talk to someone at Airbnb for guidance? I'm glad to compromise, but I made an exception to accept this reservation at the last minute for that very night. I feel I'm owed part of that cancellation fee for the work I had to do to prepare the room in a minute's notice.
