Hi guys,
i had 3 guests stay at my apartment on saturday night and they trashed it and broke a number of items and rules (too many people / no parties).
I raised a resolution center case but can't find any record of it (no email from airbnb / nothing in the resolution center) asking for the full deposit to be paid. Is there a way to find it and see its progress or should I just raise a new one?
Have other people had the same issue as I don't want the deposit they put down to be refunded as I think I have 48 hours to make a claim.
I have tried callinga airbnb but obviously get no response.
