Refunding a Guest When Payment Has Not Been Made to the Host
We are new to Airbnb and are finding it difficult to find a way to ask for a guest to be refunded, in full, due to miscommunication for a 1 night stay at our home.
His credit card has been debited for the accommodation.
As we have not yet set up a payout method we are not holding his money and cannot see a way to contact Airbnb to ask them to simply process a refund.
