As a tourist town host and a Superhost with over 800 reviews my home is booked 99% of the time. I have had to refund 9 reservations so far out of my pocket, not Airbnb’s but mine! This is completely unfair and I am reconsidering hosting.
Today they expanded their extenuating circumstances to where I can cancel all of March’s reservations without penalty. For my safety as well as my guest’s I set about to cancel all reservations for March’s reservations. After the 2nd one the platform is trying to charge me $50 for cancellations HELP! Their very own email said
it would be penalty free!
