Does Airbnb automatically refund guest’s security deposit if Host does not make a claim within 14 days of guest’s check out date.

Airbnb doesn't take a deposit. It is just an amount then can charge against your card in the event of damage (see 'deposit' on the Aribnb Help Centre.
