Regarding booking

My smart pricing was on still for my Goa apartment listing the price was coming to just rs.3200 a night and December is peak season in Goa, a guest has booked it but even he realised that the price is too low and is ready to pay more. how do i go about this if he cancels the booking Airbnb will take the fee, even though he is going to cancel and book again, i have a moderate cancellation policy. He obviously doesnt wana pay the fee twice. Please help me with this.

If the booking is fully confirmed and paid for then just go to Your Reservations, find the booking and click on Change/Cancel. You can send an amended price for the entire stay. It should include the total of all the accommodation cost, plus any cleaning fee - but not the AirBnB service fee as this will be added automatically by AirBnB.

Im not sure that i can help you but try to send him/her a special price maybe?! with the amount you want.
