Regarding reviews, does anyone know....

I'm new to Airbnb and have one room in my house listed.

In mid-April, I'll be listing my entire house. I don't want it to be a "new" listing because I want my reviews to show up (since having multiple good reviews is the key to building credibility with travelers).

Regarding reviews, does anyone know if this is possible?

Yep.  Under Basics you'll just change Room Type to Entire House instead of Private Room.
