I hope that this is the right place to release some steam.
What people expect to get for 45 Euro per a day ?
We are living in a tourist village and we have an Airbnb room since few months, lovely room in wooden house, with separate door and small garden for the guests , the room itself is fully new decorated with many small personal touch, the toilets and shower are with exceptional design.
Additionally the room is full equipped with refrigerator and coffee machine with capsules and tea, small chocolates and cookies homemade, blankets and cushions for the garden, soaps shampoo and everything needed , free WIFI, clean **bleep**s and variant of cushions and blankets for the bed, we offer sometimes our bicycles for free, no cleaning fee and more…
Most of our guests are really appreciate it and rate us high, but sometimes guest is coming, and even he was satisfied, he give you a bad review like:
“the room is not worth the price, we thought that it includes breakfast…” (I really do not understand what more to expect from 45 E ?)
Or cleaning
We are cleaning the room after every guests even if it different guests every day , we are vacuuming, washing, sanitizing, taking the dust from every place… I was never in such a clean room before, and it much more clean than most of the houses, and for sure from hotels!
Than come guest and give 3 stars for cleaning because he saw one spot on his towel (its only small color drop)…
Or noise
Luckily we had only one comment, but still it looks like there are guests that do not understand the idea of Airbnb – “you are a guest in other people house…”
And when they hear some noise they immediately complains … (what do they expect? We are hosting them in our house, and we should stop live ?)
We are trying to keep quit much more than usual, but we cannot be silent!

Generally we love to guest in our house, we made a great experience with lovely people all over the world, but some time, one guest is coming and give a bad taste.
