Reminders

Hi there

When I receive an enquiry, I respond within minutes, however I continually receive reminders to contact the guest. How do I stop these reminders please?

Go to your Account Settings - you usually do this by clicking on your photo.

 

On that page you can choose what type of notifications you receive and how - just make sure you don't turn off the ones you really need like reservations requests/enquiries!

I agree with Linda. It is very annoying being reminded of things we did not ask for, and suggesting things we cannot do or don't want to do.

 

I already went to Account Settings, email settings, disabled everything and continue receiving these reminders over and over.
