The remote control for the light and fan for the bedroom has gone missing. I have messaged the guests however we have not had a reply. What can I do?
contact them through Airbnb messaging and ask for a remote .
Fill the resolution /damage claim before your next guest checks in and requre money. Include the link to the same remote if you can find it at some webshop online or the bill you paid for it when you bought it (if you have it) or both.
Buy a new remote.
