Removing an application to host

I was having trouble opening my old Profile as I had forgotten my password and m now using a new Email address .Trying to gain access I began to apply for a new listing but found this did not work.I have since had a call from yourselves giving me a new password for me to access the listing on my old mail address But now the new application is coming up blocking the access for me to enter my old mail address which is [Email hidden] Can you please delete the  application  which has the mail address [Email hidden]. Will you also either send me notice that this has been done or telephone me on [Phone number hidden].
