Rental agreement?

Hi there, 

I am a new host in Latvia. To be able to legally rent out my place I first need to give Inland Revenue and my bank a copy of a Rental Agreement between Airbnb and myself as a Host. Does anyone know where I can find one?

There is no rental agreement because there is no rental all you are doing is paying them a commission to advertise your place and provide you with support @Zane67

Thanks, Helen! What would be the best thing to do here? Draft up my own rental agreement that I ask the guests to sign?
