Renting more than 30 days.

I find it extremely annoying that rental fees for more than 30 days are not paid upfront but only for 30 day intervals.

Many apartments in Cph pay rent for 90 day periods creating a cash disadvantage for the host.

Furthermore granting huge discounts for long term should qualify for upfront payment for the entire period especially when zero deposit are paid!

I have decided to offer no more long term lease unless payment terms are chances by airbnb.

Airbnb isn't really designed for longer term bookings.

For me I see no value is having huge discounts for longer term bookings as the costs are the same for me. If there is no value for you in having huge discounts - then don't have them.

I agree that you should look at other platforms for longer term bookings that better suit your needs.
