Renting out my apartment

I just want to rent my appartement , I am scare  if the guest damage my place and runaway , what should I do before rent it out ?

A few recommandations:

- Accept only guests with complete profiles and good reviews.

- Put a security deposit in the listing.

- Create clear house rules and also assure yourself the guest understand it.

 

If for long term: provide a renting agreement to the guest/tennant
