Reservation Cancellation

Hello,

 

i need help regarding guests cancellation. yesterday checked  in guests ( reservation confirmation HMAKPBZQFX) after soveral hours she apologized and said that she had some problems and need to get back home.

i didnt regret but told that i couldnt cancel reservation as its already started but i can decrease the days to one and rest of money will be transferred to your account.

now when i try to change reservation changes i should get 21,30 and guest will refund 38.41. 

is it correct or not? and can you help me to deal this problem?

The guest (!)  should have cancelled the reservation, refund will be calculated automatically according cancellation policy. Same if you (or the guest) shortens the reservation. You can also change the price manually (price field in the change form) if you do not agree with the refund calculated.
