Reservation reminder

I'm sending e-mails and messages to the guest  as a reservation reminder with check in time and locatio  but guest is not answering back.  Is it normal please?

@Jesmond0 maybe they are traveling and have no way of connecting online. Try calling them. If they don't respond either try calling Airbnb and have them contact the guest.
