Hello - I am new to hosting at my home and my first two guests to book were automatically able to confirm booking, but I just received a request that is prompting me to accept or decline. Does this mean that this person does not meet the booking requirements I set? Thanks.

Yes, it does. So you're free to ask additional questions, review the profile etc, before you accept or reject. I often accept, often its just people who are either new to Airbnb or haven't understood the system yet. But follow your gut. If your gut says no, then reject!
