Reservation requirement

Hi there, I've got a guest that wants to book but doesn't want to upload her ID. I don't have it ticked off as a requirement, but Airbnb won't let her book before uploading id. Anyone ever had this problem?

Not wanting to produce ID is disturbing.  ABB doesn't require that it be a government ID.  There are many "forms of ID" that ABB will accept (most of which are scary but that's a whole 'nother subject).

If she won't do the Facebook/selfie/google/LinkedIn connection, you don't want this guest.

The only time I've run across this is with older folks who just don't know how to scan/upload/etc.
