Hi,

the guys from yesterday reservation took one of the remote controls for the air conditioning with them. What should I do?

Also they had good time partying and climb the terrace of my  neighbors. How can I prevent such behaviour and what to do if the problem repeats?

@Martin1179  for the Air cond remote, just send them a message asking them if they have misplaced it somewhere as ur cleaner cannot finds it, and u desperately need it for the next guests.

For the terrace don't mention anything waits for the review time to kill them with a very bad review about safety and what they have done, don't give them head up.
