Hi everyone,

I am logged in with my AirBnb account with Facebook because I can't remember my password.

I've tried everything but I don't receive the password reset e-mail.

I tested my e-mail account to see if I receive other e-mails and it works.

The e-mail isn't in Junk or any other folders, it just doesn't come through at all, even after waiting for minutes.

I also can't change my e-mail address because I don't remember my password 😞

Can anyone help please?

I have the exact same thing. it's hopeless so I went to booking.com. it is a real flaw in the system, you cannot get personalised help until you log in, but you can't log in if  you don't have a password.
