Resolution Center not processing request

Hello, I am trying to resolve a problem in getting a tenant a full refund. I filled out the form in the resolution center and clicked send, but nothing seems to be happening. No auto email from AirBnB indicating receipt of my form, no change on the webpage indicating that the request went through. And I can't find anyway to ask AirBnB about this. 

 

Has anyone had this problem? How do I know if my request has been officially submitted for review? Thanks.
