Resolution Center - paying extra fee

I have a guest that is trying to pay the requested fee for heating pool - she says it doesn't show her where to pay... I've never seen the other side of it so I don't know what to tell her. Does anyone know what steps she takes to pay?

If you have sent the guest a request for payment, she can look on www.airbnb.com/resolutions to find it.
