Resolution portal doesn't accept Quicktime video

We used Arlo Security Cameras and they download in Quicktime. Any suggestions on getting around this, as Arlo is the gold standard. Already minimized file sizes and no dice. I already posted this but forget to add tags, sorry.

I'm sorry to read you're running into some issues with the resolution center. Have you asked an agent directly what solution they might be able to offer, to get around this format challenge? They are likely the best placed to give you an answer.
