Responding to Reviews -- Is it down??

Hey all-- the last few days I haven't been able to respond to reviews. Is this part of the website down? Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm also wanting to post a review but cannot find where to do it.

And I want to get a review from my recently departed guests because they were thrilled with the stay.
