Hello everyone,
I'm trying to add on the new option of "10% discount on a non refundable reservation", but I can't find the right place to do it.
Can anybody please give me the guidelines?
Thanks so much.

From your calendar page click on the "Availability settings" link located just above the calendar.
Click "Booking settings."
Scroll down and click the "Edit" link beside Policies.
Under "Cancellation Policy" you will see the options for the various discounts for non-refundable reservations depending on your chosen policy. Tick the box to opt in or opt out.

Does this option change the cancelation setting to flexible?
Currently, I have mine set at Moderate. If they pay full price, Id still like moderate settings. Is that trying to have it both ways? Last minute cancelations generally mean I have to drop the nighly rate significantly if I want the night to book. Moderate options helps us recoup the discount. When we were on flexible, cancelations happened much more frequently and it became inconvient to manage listings.
I have it on Moderate as well but added the 10% discount option.
