I am a new host. My third guest left me a five-star overall review, but a one-star for accuracy. I followed up to ask what this was so I can fix it for the future, but they have not responded.

Is there anything else I can do?

Not really - it could have been an error on their part or they may have meant it. If they don't respond there is little you can do.

A one star for Accuracy is striking! I would certanly want to find out whether that was an accident or an honest 1 star. If they really meant it then there must have been something they were expecting from the listing description that they did not get. How was the Value rating? Location? You have Kitchen under amenities but without an oven or cooktop it's really just a 'kitchenette' which is clear in the description but perhaps they were expecting to cook (budget travelers).

The value rating was five stars. Preplexing. I assume they meant it--if it had been a mistake I think they would have responded to me. Do you think I should remove the kitchen from the amenities since it is just a kitchenette? That might be a good idea.

We once got a similar rating for accuracy and the guest included a note on the private feedback that it was because the property was so much better than the photos depicted and she felt we should hire a photographer to do better pictures.  The comments are more important than the star rating.
