I got a review 1 star, without reason, our Manager ask many times guests how they are , and answer always was - Great! After we got this review about area and murders.. it is A Vegas, probably guests live in a movie... but why they never was complain before.., just disrespect..., but first time 1 star.,, what’s I need to do about not true review...

Maybe contact Airbnb for asking to remove the review. There are policies for reviews:

One of the rules regarding un-acceptable reviews says:
"Reviews that do not represent the author’s personal experience or that of their travel companions"
The author is bringing up stories from a taxidriver, a friend etc.., which are not his personal experiences.
Maybe Airbn will consider this as a violation.

I would respond to the review with:
I hope you did not have a poor experience with our listing, and that your 1 star means the best.
@Yaniv5, honestly that review sounds like the ramblings of a crazy person.
If you compare his review to what your other (very happy) guests wrote, you begin to wonder if he stayed in the wrong place.
Someone who has to write that much is probably just trying to think of mean things to say.
Your response (in contrast) was very kind, given how angry you must have been.
You should certainly ask to have the review removed. But even if AirBnB does not remove it, I think guests will do the right thing and ignore it. You are correct: it sounds sort of like the pitch for a movie script.
(and not like a serious and truthful review)
