Reviews - no longer receiving emails

A week ago I stopped receiving copies of my reviews by email. This is a pickle because as a co-host I also can't see reviews in the reviews page. There is no way to receive private feedback without hosts forwarding it.

Anyone else experiencing this? I contacted support and they just said that while I can leave a review, I can't see reviews. Huh?
