There needs to be a separate review system in place for guests who are charged from their security deposit! Of course they are going to give you a terrible rating after you charge them for breaking the rules. A girl that just stayed in my home brought home two different guys each night for 3 nights. I charged her the extra $50 a night since we charge $25 extra per guest per night. Before I charged her, she raved about  the place in our message history. Then rated me a 3 and the review said “clean cute space”. I have 120 five star reviews and Airbnb won’t remove hers because it doesn’t violate their rules. So dumb.
