If a guest gives you 5 stars for every category - how can they then give you overall 4 stars and not 5 ????????

This has been discussed numerous times here. The general consensus is...

1. Some people don't give 5 star overall ratings, no matter what.

2. There was something the giest didn't like, but it didn't fall within the individual categories.
