There isn't a way to find out why you got, say, a 4 star review from someone but you can find out who left you a 4 star overall rating.
In "Stats" click on "Ratings" and scroll down to the "Reviews" section. There you'll see the box saying "All ratings". Click on this and then on "4 stars" to see the reviews from each guest who left a 4 star overall rating.
If you like, you could then contact them with a message thanking them for their stay & review and asking their opinion on how the experience could be improved.
If you check the ratings after each guest leaves you may be able to correlate these 4 star reviews with changes in the individaul ratings for accuracy, cleanliness etc. to see if that guest left a 4 star review for something specific.
If you click on the individual ratings you'll see how many 5 star, 4 star etc. assesments you got for that category.
