Your response is regrettable. The guest will probably never see it and it makes you look spiteful and reactive to other prospective guests. With your other excellent reviews you could have just left it alone or said something like "We are sorrythe accommodation didn't meet expectations, and would of course have tried to rectify had we been given any notice of how/why this was so during this guest's stay."
