Routing Rules.

Hello,

I'm unable to publish my listing as I'm being asked to  add a routing rule although the option is not showing up under the payouts section.

Please help!

Routing rules for payouts are only effective if you have more then 1 payout method set in your account.

I've added only one payout method for my account, however I'm still being asked to add a routing rule. 

There is a pending tag next to the bank account, should that be confirmed to publish my listing?

payout method goes into a verification process, this process may go up to a week. Once it is accepted, the routing rule is automatically set to default.
