Routing number fails?

Hello, can someone tell me the reasons a routing number fails when a host is trying to setup payment method?

Whose routing number? Your's or Airbnb's? Airbnb handles all money affairs for you.

@JohnAndDiana1, don't throw a tomato for this question, but did you check that the number was typed in correctly?  Routing numbers can not fail.

Second, contact your bank.  Mistakes like this would be crazy-uncommon, but stuff happens, ya know?

Ah, ~while setting up account~. Like Kimberly suggested, it must be incorrect number.
