I have a reservation request that is a sales ploy referencing a website I should visit. I want to dismiss it rather than respond but do not know if that will hurt my response rate. Any feedback for me on this?
Is it an inquiry (your subject line says: enquiry) or a request (your posting says request) ?
Inquiry: answer with something and remove from dashboard.
Request: answer with something and ask also to withdraw the request asap. If not withdrawn within 1 hour, decline it (choose : feel uncomfortable) and report message and or profile to Airbnb by the 'flag" link in it.
