Same apartment, different host

Hi I’m looking to book a place in Las Terrenas DR .  I have come across the exact same property listed for two different prices by two different ownsers on Airbnb.  Literally on the same page  3 spaces down from each other’s posting.  Has anyone experienced this issue before. Not sure if they are legitimate accommodations.

@Kathleen490 me and my brother have both listed apartments which are literally the same just on different floors, so it is possible. But to be safe I would suggest reading the reviews carefully and contacting them first with any doubts you might have.

check if they are really identical. It could be one listing is for fewer rooms then the other or some other variation like @Ana1136  said, two rooms on two floors but looking the same.

Of course, it could be a host + an agency, both listing the same unit.

Sometimes,  one listing is duplicated by a scummer but in such cases, they are usually listed on another platform.
