San Diego summer pricing

I’m new and need some guidance.  When should I increase my price to the summer rate in San Diego and for how long?  When should I start and end the pricing for Comi-con?  Are there any other special dates that draw in crowds?  I’m already getting bookings for April.  I appreciate any help.

Welcome to hosting!  I’m also a host in San Diego, I’ve been in the industry for 4 years now, first as the owner of a cleaning company and now hosting 5 properties!

Pricing is always interesting, I play with our prices constantly. I would suggest upping your comic-con and holiday prices now!! I suggest changing it for the whole week of Comic-Con, as lots of people like to arrive early.
